Terms and conditions

The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.Commissioner will receive no physical goods, only a digital work in .png format.Commissions are first come first serve. All Commissions are for personal use only. The commissioner is the only individual allowed to reupload/use without my watermark/permission.

Payment

  • Upfront payment thru Paypal, invoice will be sent to the client

  • USD (United States Dollars) only

  • Half refund after rough sketch has been given

  • Commissioner entitled to a refund if the artwork is not completed within 4 weeks (begins as soon as payment is received)

I only accept major edits/changes free of charge at the rough sketch stage. (ex: pose/outfit)Minor changes will be accepted at any time (color corrections, missing details, etc.) for no additional feeRequests for major edits will be charged a corresponding fee.
